I just wanted to thank you for all your help organising the loans for us to buy our rooms in the MU building. Your efficient service, knowledge of your product and ability to explain it to us, was absolutely outstanding. We really appreciated it, as we are not the most savvy people in dealing with finances at all, and we really needed to have it all spelt out for us and that is what you did so well. I have cc’d Barry and Carolyn into this email, as I want to make sure they know what an asset to the business you are. I’m sure they already know, but it does no harm to be reminded!
