Banks
If you have the time and patience, you can do the research of all the lenders in the marketplace and deal with them direct. It’s not as simple as it sounds and you don’t always end up with the loan that best suits your circumstances. Sometimes you just get their product “special” of the month or the loan that roughly meets your needs, because not all banks offer the same types of products!
We have the tools, expertise and contacts to do the research for you. We don’t just deal with one lender, we have a huge range of lenders and products from which to choose and can really drill down on the options that mean the most to you.
We take the stress out of the search, because as much as we like to think we will qualify for a loan from any lender, because our experience shows this is not the case. Each and every one of us is different, so we present reasonable options specifically for you so you can then make an informed decision.

Solicitors
You’ve found a property, chosen your solicitor and selected the bank. What happens next?
We lodge the loan and deal with the lender to ensure any conditions of approval are met and, with your consent, keep your solicitor/conveyancer in the loop.
We ensure all parties are kept up to date with any conditions that require additional information or extensions of finance clauses etc.
Conveyancers
You’ve found a property, chosen your solicitor and selected the bank. What happens next?
We lodge the loan and deal with the lender to ensure any conditions of approval are met and, with your consent, keep your conveyancer/solicitor in the loop.We ensure all parties are kept up to date with any conditions that require additional information or extensions of finance clauses etc.
Real Estate Agents
The majority of lenders require a valuation of a property, and where a purchase is involved we will liaise with the Real Estate Agent, Lender and Valuer to ensure this is completed in a timely manner.
Property Advocates
There are times when you are looking for a new property, whether it be for an owner occupied or investment property but you don’t have the time, skills or inclination to do the research.
We have experts in the property field who can take over this role and locate a suitable property.
These property professionals generally charge for this service and this is disclosed during your initial meetings.
